Salon Masters is Chesapeake’s first multi-styled fully equipped salon suites offering prompt, private and preferred hair care and beauty enhancement services in an elegant atmosphere. Once a dream became a reality in October 2005 when Salon Masters opened for business. Owning a salon had been a life long dream of Letitia Davis and her husband, now business partner, Dorteo helped to make it a reality.
We established the Salon Suites concept in an effort to provide a unique place for stylist to come and grow their individual business without the extra overhead expense. Over the years, we’ve observed that most industry professionals provide hair care services but few master the art of offering exclusive and exceptional professional services. Thus, the name Salon “Masters”, defined by Webster as “a skilled practitioner of a particular art or activity.”
We believe in extreme customer satisfaction, prompt and professional, and personable services to every customer who enter our suites. We want to make your time with us so amazing that you will not only keep coming back, you will share have your friends and family beating down our doors for our signature “Elegant, Private, Preferred” experience.
Meet Letitia A. Davis
As a young girl growing up spending summers with my aunt Flossie in New York and watching her service clients in her very own basement salon! I knew that one day I wanted to do the same. I began my education in the industry at The Center for Science and Technology in Chesapeake, Virginia during my 11th-grade year of high school. Half of my day was spent at high school and the other half was spent at beauty school. I was always at the top of my classes and obtained my cosmetology license and high school diploma all in the same month. I received my degree in business at Chowan University. During college and beyond, I continue to provide professional hair care services. With the opening of Salon Masters, Chesapeake’s first salon suites, I am blessed to have realized my dream of owning and operating an exclusive hair care salon where we take pride in maintaining prompt, professional services to clients in an elegant atmosphere.
